InOut Ledger is a personal finance tracking application that helps you record money you have sent to or received from your contacts. It is designed for personal use only and does not provide financial advice, accounting services, or any regulated financial service.

By downloading or using InOut Ledger, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this application.

All data you enter in InOut Ledger — including contact names, transaction amounts, dates, and notes — is stored exclusively on your device using an on-device database. No data is ever transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.

We do not collect, process, or store any personal information on external servers. InOut Ledger does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting services, or any network communication. The app operates entirely offline.

You may export your data as a CSV file at any time. This export is performed entirely on your device. The resulting file is delivered to you directly via your device's native share mechanism. We have no access to the exported file or its contents.

You may import a previously exported CSV file to restore or merge data. The import is processed entirely on your device. No file content is sent to any external service.

InOut Ledger does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data leaves the device, there is no data collection risk associated with use by minors.

InOut Ledger does not use cookies, tracking pixels, device fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology. No advertising identifiers or behavioural data are collected.

InOut Ledger is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help individuals track informal money exchanges with friends, family, or colleagues. It is not intended for use as professional accounting software.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, keeping your device secure, and backing up your data using the CSV export feature. The developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or uninstallation.

Uninstalling InOut Ledger will permanently erase all data stored by the app. There is no cloud backup or recovery mechanism. Please export your data before uninstalling if you wish to retain it.

This application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind — express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer does not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, financial decisions made based on app data, or any other damages arising from use or inability to use this application.
